Mazda MX-5 Matte Black props fail

We are all aware that when a new car is released the manufacturer sends out some glam shots of the car, so we can start to salivate over them on the interweb.

But I think the marketing team at Mazda had a bit of an off day when they went to shoot the new Matte black MX-5. Yes the car looks good in the shots, but whoever was in charge of props that day must of thought it was a joke.

Firstly when did hazard signs become sexy? Was the shoot in France where they had to legally bedazzle everyone in sight when they pull over? And what is with the Samurai sword? Is it an optional extra? This ridiculous combination of props has left the model so confused that she has forgotten how to put her shoe on.
